QUESTIONS
Question types include a Label, Textbox, TextArea, RadioList, RadioMatrix, CheckboxList, CheckboxMatrix Select box.
Customize your questions with a word processor like "RichText Box".
Speed up your survey design by copying existing questions from previous surveys.
Change question answers as you see fit by adding, deleting or editing.
Add a help message to your question.
Require a question to be answered or allow it to be blank.
Alter the question type during design or edit mode if you feel the question would be better asked as a different type (i.e. radiolist changed to checkbox list). This is a great time saver.

CONFIGURATION
Set the maximum responses for the survey.
Randomize the answers to prevent answer order bias.
Remember response answers by selecting the "Persist survey" option. This will allow the survey to "remember" answers from a specific customer the next time they take the survey.
Select anonymous or required information if you want to require information to be entered prior to taking the survey. If you choose to require information you can select from the list of available required information.
Send an email receipt to the user if you require information and select the email address option. A copy of the survey will be sent to the customer upon completion.
Great for real time notifications. Send a copy of the completed survey to one of more email addresses that you provide.
Select one of three options when a survey is completed. Show the survey summary, redirect to a URL you provide or see a customer message that you create in a "RichText Box".
