Do you provide help if I get stuck during the step by step process while creating a survey?
Yes, We provide Survey Samples as a workshop to illustrate different design techniques. You can use one of them as a model. We provide a link to video based help on each page in the step by step process. You can reference the general help section to review all available help and if you are still in need you can send us an email.
Can I use com if I don't know anything about HTML or programming?
Yes, we have done all the work for you. You can use one of our templates "as is", customize it to fit your needs, or create a survey from "scratch". You don't need to know a thing about HTML or programming.
Can I use com without downloading or installing any software on my computer?
Yes, com is a 100% hosted solution. The only thing you need is a browser and internet access. We provide the rest.
What browser should I use to create or take a survey?
The latest versions of Firefox or IE are required to create a survey. Any modern browser that supports CSS 1.0 and HTML 3.2 is fine to take the survey.
What about upgrades?
We release upgrades periodically. When the new features become available you will automatically have access to them.
